Track and Field: Cajuns Post Three Top-10 Finishes At Texas RelaysPublished by
AUSTIN, Texas Hanoj Carter posted a personal-best time of 10.35 seconds in the men's 100-meter dash and the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns earned three top-10 finishes on the final day of the 88th annual NIKE Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays on Saturday at Mike A. Myers Stadium. Carter, a Northwestern State transfer, posted the eighth-fastest time in the nation this season after finishing sixth overall and eclipsing his previous best (10.39) set in 2013. Louisiana added a pair of top-10 finishes in the women's long jump as Tia Mitchell finished seventh and Stacy Imagbe placed ninth. Mitchell posted a jump of 20 feet, 1 inch to record the 11th-best jump in the country this season with Imagbe, ranked third nationally, posted a jump of 19-6 .
