HAMPTON, Ga. The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Men's and Women's Cross Country teams will look to claim a conference title on Saturday when it competes at the Sun Belt Conference Championships at Nash Farm Battlefield Park.

The women's 5,000-meter race will begin at 9 a.m., CT with the men's 8,000-meter event scheduled for 10 a.m. The meet will be available on-line at ESPN+ with live results available at RaginCajuns.com.

Louisiana will compete at the same respective distances for the third consecutive meet on the women's side and second for the men. In its previous outing at the Little Rock Open on Oct. 19, Louisiana finished third overall in the men's race and seventh in the women's competition.

Local products Key Alfred (Carencro La./Carencro) and Connor Meche (Lafayette, La./Teurlings Catholic) each posted top-20 finishes in the men's race for the Ragin' Cajuns with Stanley Limoh posting his second top-25 performance of the season. The trio will be joined in the lineup by Jonathan Kimutai, Samuel Avants, Rashid Reese and Chandler Burns.

Emoni Coleman, an Atlanta, Ga., native, has paced the Ragin' Cajuns on the women's side during the last three meets. The freshman finished 22nd overall at the Little Rock Open and will be a part of a women's squad that is expected to participate at full strength for the first time this season.

The Ragin' Cajuns should be bolstered in the lineup by freshman Rosalie Michot, who paced Louisiana in the season-opening UNO Opener on Aug. 30, has missed the last two meets. Another freshman, Kelly Goff, makes her second appearance of the season after missing the first three meets.

Coleman, Ally McCulley, Kate Ferguson and freshman Meredith Hebert have been the only runners to compete in each of Louisiana's four meets this season with senior Alexa Breaux participating in her fourth straight meet after missing the season-opener.
